SAAS - Software As A Service

1. This is a subscription service.
   Subscriptions are paid in advance.
   At the end of the trial period, paid subscription will start automatically and will be taken every 30 days thereafter.
   Subscribers can Use the CANCEL link in the footer to end the subscription at anytime and are responsible for ensuring they cancel ahead of the next billing period
2. We do not refund Premium Features or unused membership, however after cancelling, you will have access to the members area until your paid period expires
3. Non payment or cancelling your subscription will result in the players reverting to the "Free Player Skin" format
4. ChargeBacks are always defended.
   Our subscription terms are clear and subscribers can monitor account activity at any time by going to the Manage Your Account link in the footer.
   The merchant ID is Digital Marketing
   If a subscriber instigates a chargeback, the account will be automatically suspended whilst the matter is investigated. A $30 re-activation charge will be made to cover the administration

Membership

1. Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
   
   
2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.

9. We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on this site's forums, but eZs3.com has the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. 1. When you join eZs3 you accept that we will need to use your email address to communicate with you. You must use a valid email address that is monitored. We reserve the right to close your account if you use a false or unmonitored email address.
   
   

2. We do not provide email or telephone support. We have a Support Forum where we handle support tickets. This builds a comprehensive and searchable database for all users. We have many tutorials and guides.
