Why won't my video/audio play when I've added the eZs3 embed script to my page?
In order for the media to play on your site, you need to have the viewing permissions for the file set so that everyone can view the media.
If you have used the eZs3 uploader to upload your files, this permission will be set automatically for you.
If you've used another service to upload your files to S3, it may be that you need to change the ACL (Access Control List) for the file.
To set the ACL so everyone can view the file, make sure you have the settings shown in the image below:
