I want to host my videos and audios on Amazon S3. Will eZs3 make my video or audio play on my Wordpress site? How about on my eBay auctions and shop?

I want to host my videos on Amazon S3 and take advantage of the low cost hosting and scalable bandwidth, but I want them to play on my Wordpress blog.
