Amazon S3 plus Cloudfront means faster videos with eZs3
eZs3, the uniquely independent media enabling service, which simplifies media hosting and delivery for clients with their own Amazon S3 account, will soon be offering another breakthrough to their service - Cloudfront Distribution
This is a big bonus for clients, according to eZs3 founder, Tom Cone based in Yorkshire, England:
“Most of our user community use their S3 accounts to host video and use eZs3 to make it easy to play them. By adding the Amazon Cloudfront service, they’ll discover their videos will be delivered much quicker!”
“Our tests have shown that using the Cloudfront, ‘latency’ is slashed, making videos load rapidly which has always frustrated viewers and broadcasters alike”
Having added and tested the cloudfront, www.eZs3.com are looking for beta testers to help with the tutorials and control panel tweaks.
“We expect the service to be rolled out within the week” said Tom
