eZs3 serves up it’s 10 millionth file (9 million are FLV videos!)
Amazon S3 proves it’s scalability as www.eZs3, the media service powered by Amazon Simple Storage Service, confirms it has served over ten million files for it’s user community.
“It seems like only yesterday we were announcing that we had served 6 million” said Tom Cone, founder of eZs3. In fact it was December 30th, showing the exponential growth of the service – adding 4 million files served in 15 days!
Commenting on the fact that more than nine million were FLV videos, Tom said:
“Video was always going to be a big part of the service and reliable scalability is in the very dependable hands of Amazon”

I know it has taken a couple of years to write the programme and launch EZS3, but now it’s out there it looks like the customers can’t get enough of the service. Not surprising really if EZS3 makes using S3 so much easier and user friendly.

Stephen.
